‘Jazz Fiesta’ brings swing energy and fiery Cuban rhythms to Varna

The Black Sea port city of Varna will host the Jazz Fiesta festive concert on 30 December 2025. The event starts at 7 p.m. in Hall 1 of the Varna Festival and Congress Centre and is free to attend.

The programme features artists from the Netherlands, Cuba and Bulgaria performing a variety of styles, from the energetic swing of Billie Holiday to the fiery Latin rhythms of Havana.

The concert will open with Sherry Dyanne, a Dutch jazz and soul singer and Edison Award nominee, who will be accompanied by Varna-based pianist and composer Dimitar Bodurov and his grand ensemble. The programme also includes a Latin jazz set by Cuban pianist Ramon Valle, joined by trumpet player Maite Hontelé, a Latin Grammy nominee.
